I don't know if I have had one before ocasionally very little times I'm asleep but at the same time I feel half asleep and half awake and suddenly I feel for a few seconds like I'm weightless flipping off the bed but then I wake up with a quick upward motion like scared since I thought I was falling now I always wondered.
