      Hi All-Another newb, lol

      I've been keeping a dream journal and doing dream analysis for years. I've had "accidental" lucid dreams, but have never actually tried to induce one before. Now, due to my spouse's work schedule, I'm in a WILD state nearly every night, lol. I've been wanting to do more with my dreams lately, and stumbled across this site while looking for information on mugwort. Looks like this is an opportune time to peruse your helpful tips and give lucid dreaming a try.
