Sure...
I had trouble sleeping for a while after I would try recalling dreams in the middle of the night. I would end up staying awake for hours and couldnt get back to sleep.

(atleast I would usually have a LD after I finally got to sleep, but was usually time to wake up soon)

I found what worked would be to picture myself lying next myself watching my restless body. Almost as if I had 2 bodies. It then became a place I could go and wouldnt touch anything, just watch...then I could fall asleep easier.
