i duno what all these terms mean... im guessing your learning how to lucid dream? or trying to stop?
if your tring to do it... i find the best time is in the morning... you know when you wake up and all you wanna do is go back to sleep... think in the back of your mind that you want to stay in control... keep a conciouse thought going... and when you feel that heavy transaction between wake and sleep, just try keep thinking the same things you had when awake...
it works best when your tired enough to automaticaly able to fall asleep, but conciouse enough to keep thinking...
personaly i find it hard sleeping in general... im always thinking of something, kinda ADHD... but it helps with lucid dreaming
