Cool Getting Dreams To Come Back...

all the time when I wake up in the morning(whether it's from something outside or my alarm going off)I was in the middle or almost at the end of a dream and I wake up. Is there any way to go back or fall asleep to the dream to see what happens??????

Yes, theres methods on it. DEILD (Dream Exit Initiated Lucid Dream) its called. Just some tips, make sure you don't move, lay still, keep your eyes closed (if not too late) and really concentrate. It's a really good method, works very well.

Link to the tutorial on DEILD (Yes I did guess tcorrectly)

      Good luck.

Yep, DEILD. Just stay perfectly still, don't move or open your eyes and remember what the last dream was like, sights, sounds, feel...

I find replaying the last moments of the dream over and over again helps

Even if you can't do DEILD (like you'll roll over or something before you're concious enough to realize that you weren't supposed to) I'd say just make sure you dont get up out of bed. I can usually continue the dream even after I get out of bed but it helps to move as little as possible.

That happens a lot to me. I'm interrupted by an alarm clock or some wakes me up harshly or maybe I just wake up in the middle of a good dream without being able to see the ending. I get really annoyed. I usually try to fall back asleep, but either I dream about something else, or if I do dream the ending of that dream, it feels like it would've been different if I was never interrupted in the first place.
