Thread: Please help me...

last night i dream of driving a 4wd up to a very steep hill.it was so steep that even when i step on the pedal as much as i can the 4wd just wont go forward and slowly the whole 4wd just start to hover from the front and slowly the head starts to just lift up and the whole car begins to stand vertically and finally spun around upside down if u know what i mean. then i sort of can control the whole picture and suddenly i was reliving the whole scene again, just that this time i know what gear should i put and i put it to low gear and i began to take control of the 4wd steadily and going up the hill.
though when i reach the destination, it was not a pleasant dream. i met up with the family of my father's side, and my 2nd aunt just as always look down on me as i've found a new job with reasonably decent conditions. then

it's like the whole dream jump again to a mathematic tuition class. and i was asking help from 2 guys who is very good in mathematics to give me tuition for 1 month as i have only 1 month left before i go away. then 2 of my frens begin to grab both of my hand, each person each side and push my head and my body towards the table to make me bow.and it hurt my chest as now i could feel my chest hurting like it comes and go but very very mildly.

i've had alot of extreme dreams all my life as i've had been through a bad childhood and i've been suicidal for all the things that have happen to me. 've even had stitches for my slash wrist becoz of an affair with a married man. life is tough for me and i have not seek any medical attention or professional advice.

i just hope that someone somewhere here could give a helping hand as i'm trying hard to recover from my depression.

p/s: i've trouble sleeping since i cant remember when. i've not been able to go into deepsleep. and i will wake up everytime i hear any slight noise.
