Lions and Baboons and lucid dreams

I'v been having lucid dreams as long as i can remember, almost every night even, and on the nights i dont im in an almost controllable dream where weird things happens which stress me out alot.

I'll explain the 'almost controllable stressing dream' i had the previous night just to clarrify what i mean. Climbing on top of a bookshelf to escape lions and monkeys trying to get me.. lol, basically Jumanji the movie, but in the dream im somewhat in control of myself but not of the surroundings.

I just wanted to share that, now i have to go to sleep either to have a weird half lucid dream or a fully lucid one.

ps. it is a nightmare when your being chased by baboons and lions.

since its my first post ever on this forum and aboutthis topic, i posted it here.

Welcome to the site. Sorry to hear about the stressful nightmares.

What is it that gets you lucid when you are lucid? Do you just realize you're dreaming or do you enter each dream fully aware? Just curious.

It doesnt really narrow it down but iv had some where i realise at the start, middle and near the end. I never tried to have them they just ..happen.

I read once that you can have an obe through a lucid dream so when realised i was dreaming i got excited and it ended 20 seconds after.

I guess i need practise to make them perfect ;p

      Practice is always good.

Have you read over the tutorials yet? There might be something in there that will help you to intentionally lucid dream.

      Tutorials are HERE

There is a lucid dream quick start guide that I think is excellent. Might want to give it a read first.
      It's located HERE.

      Hopefully something there can help.
