Well, im not sure I know of a good way to wake up after a dream, but I know a few that can wake you up from a dream. |

Yes, it is possible. All you have to do is tell yourself (your subconcious) that you will wake up after your dream, it's in the same style that you can wake yourself up with your subconcious and remember things throughout the day. This is what I've been told in the past anyway, and the Wake-Up Alarm Technique actually does work! |

Inside your head, you have a timer, tell this timer (part of your subconcious) to wake up at the time you want. I'll tell you exactly the phrase I was told: "Keep saying it to yourself over and over again untill your subconcious takes it as a command" |

Thanks a ton i was going to try the FILD method for the rest of the week then WILD I guess i can try to hard code my subconcious to wake me after every dream |
