I'm new here. I come looking for the community I lost when "dreammoods.com" another dream forum, went down about a year or so ago. I had been an active member of DM for a long, long time. I miss it. Oh well. About me, I'm Stapps, I'm about 5'10, I love black, I play guitar, I write poetry, and I love to read. Anything else you'd like to know? Ask me, I'm pretty honest.

Hey Strapps, welcome to Dream Views.

I also joined today. And I used to be an active member of Dreammoods. But that's just a coincidence. I used to use Dreammoods over three years ago before I gave up lucid dreaming for a few years.

Anyway, I came to Dream Views today from LD4all (which I joined last week... lol, I've been to a lot of dreaming forums) as I wanted a more active community.

Welcome again, and I hope you find it nice here. I love (writing) poetry and reading also.

I wonder if I ever met you back on DM. I was on the lucid dream forum a lot when it was still hosted by Cutecast. Then it crashed and changed to YaBB and most people left. And then it crashed again a year ago and never came back up. As for any other dreaming forums you know, link me, I'm really looking for anywhere I can be a part of a community again. Mainly because I'm abandoning my website and the community I had built there. For different reasons. And I need a life raft. *shrug* and it's very nice to meet you

^ That's the other forum community I was part of.

It's nice and everything - but it's not as active as Dream Views. It's very helpful though, has nice members and is a kind and tight-knit community. It's more like a big group of friends.

I liked it there and I still have an account there, but I prefer it here at Dream Views. People are just as nice here at Dream Views, though the topics are a bit more active and diverse than LD4all and it's nicer here for talking and reading more dream journals and having discussions.

Welcome to Dream Views.

It's always nice to get members who have already been practicing dreaming. Im going to assume you have a dream journal and already know some of the basics so I won't bore you with those details.
If I'm wrong in my assumption, just say so and ask anything you please of us. We're here to help.

Well I have a dream journal on my own forum and I have been practicing lucid dreams, as well as trying to get rid of my nightmares. I know how it all runs down

so it shouldn't be too hard transitioning over here.
