new to this - dream signs

      hello all

I have just bumped into this subject, I was totally oblivious something like this even existed, let alone a whole society just discussing it. For a whole day this subject was able to attract me and I became very curious as to trying every experience mentioned here.

Ok, so, as I understand, the first step to realizing is setting a dream sign, am I correct? If so, what is the best way to do so?

      Thanks

I've only had one lucid dream from remembering a dream sign. It was kind of by accident. I used to have a bunch of recurring dreams where I was going to school. Thing is, I don’t go to school anymore. I would wake up and think, ”I am dreaming about going to school and doing school work a lot. That kind of sucks. I don’t want to do work in a dream” As soon as I had a dream about school again I remembered this in my dream and became lucid.

I am not expert, but when writing down your dreams reread it. Look for similarities in each dream. Once you find similarities that will be your dream sign.

The only thing I don’t know about is if you will have to find a new dream sign each time. I haven’t had a dream about going to school since that lucid dream. Which was a long time ago.

Start a dream journal and look for recurring themes or objects. It's probably be a good idea to post your dream journal here in the dream journal section so that you have some more experienced people here and they may see things that you missed.

Learning how to do reality checks properly is also key for starting to lucid dream.

to DV, I hope that you stick around.
