Hey, i'm very new to this site and have a couple of questions.
I have read the homepage so i think i know what to do
But... I have a problem when i shall wake up into a REM. I have tryed to use an alarm clock. But it is no guarantee that i sleep in the right time.
Like if going to bed 22.00 and think i will sleep in ten minutes. So i set the alarm to 23.30 Then i think i'm in the he second REM. But as i as i said:
NO GUARANTEE when i fall asleep.
Can someone slove or help me with my problem ?
