      course in lucid dreaming?

      Hi,
      Has anyone completed the whole course in lucid dreaming by the lucidity institute using the novadreamer or dreamlight? And if so how has it helped you ...or not helped at all?

      I thought about buying one. Then I read a review here. Everyone said it doesn't work. Save your money. You can get lucid dreams on your own.
