      If you're looking to lucid dream you should start a home journal and keep it bedside to quickly jot down any dreams you have whenever you wake. If you're a bit of a braver soul you can even start one here in the dream journal section.

      You also might want to check out The LD quick start guide, located HERE. Or give the tutorial section a browse. There are all kinds of techniques to help you to attain lucidity.
