      Arrow tips, i'm new.

hey, im semi-new ive done controlled dreams before, although i didnt call them LDs just controlled dreams. i lived in london for a few years and was very depressed= alot of nightmares, so i learned how to controll dreams to defend my self, i havn't tryed flying, teleporting, or any of that just combat to defend myself.

i still need tips, for i have about 2 LDs per week but my goal is one every night, basically LDing at will, just all i need is TIPS, TIPS, AND MORE TIPS.

an LD every night is very ambisious, I would just focus on having one a week, that's pretty average for an experience dreamer. Read the tutorials on DILDs, and the homepage on Reality Checks and Dream signs. Starting a dream journal in also a good thing to do since it will help your recall and help you recognize dream signs.
