      Hello, New member here :)

      Hello to everyone.

I just figure I would briefly introduce myself to the board. Seeing as this is my first post and most likely not the last, I would say hi to everyone.

Not too sure where to post my dreams. Lately they've been really bothering me. I've always remembered my dreams from as far as I can remember. I would like to know more about dreams and anything really related it's fascinating.

First things first I have a few general questions.

      1. What causes dreams?
      2. Why do I remember them? Is there a purpose for it?
      3. Where do I post my dreams so I can have help understanding them?

      Hiya!

In answer to your questions, I will give the answers that follow:

      1. Sorry about this but it's officially unknown.
      2. You remember them because, well, let's leave this to the guy who posts after me
      3. Aha, here's one I know the definite answer to! Look at paragraph below

There is a forum called "Dream Journals" which is a place for you to make a Dream Journal and log all your dreams, and to make it look pretty, people like to add colour code and stuff.

If you mean if you want someone to tell you about a specific dream, there's a sub Forum called "Dream Interpretation" were people can help you figure out a specific dream and give you reasons the dream came into that head of yours.

And a peice of advice from me, you really need to remember your dreams, it's really needed to do Lucid Dreaming, you want to remember your Lucid Dream when you wake up, don't you? Do this by keeping a Dream Journal, and your dreams will seem longer.

Like Jdeadevil said the real cause of dreams is unknown, but the substance of dreams comes from residue from the day.

You remember them because they came from your brain, so your brain remembers them

There is also a dream interpretation forum here for questions about specific dreams.
