Yeah, they're methods for Lucid Dreaming. I call WILD weird because I hate it so much, but that's just me. You might like it to be honest. WBTB is the method used before doing WILD.

      Thanks, that was really helpful.
      Repeating my fourth question:
"4) Has anyone ever tried to fly in their lucid dream? If you have, what does it feel like? I've had a few dreams in which I felt like I was flying, and it felt so real and amazing. Was this a lucid dream?"

When I fly, it feels great... I don't always feel wind but when there's a breeze, flying feels even better... A lucid dream is when you're consciously aware that you're dreaming... Everything beyond that is dream control...

I wasn't aware. So, I suppose it was a normal dream..
You know the Mario games and how Mario flys? Like, he flys far down then shoots up? That's how I felt like when I was flying. It was an amazing feeling when I woke up and recalled it.

Congratulations on that! Also, did you know you were dreaming?

Ah, but I wish it did! I felt like I was awake and not dreaming. (That's how most of my dreams are) It was just a normal dream unfortunately.. luckily I recalled that wonderful dream when I woke up, though! It was an amazing feeling remembering it!

Haha, same thing happened to me when I jumped out of a window (In a dream)
It's like Mario in that flying rainbow level in the center of the first floor...

Yes, that's how most of my flying dreams felt like. Actually, I've been able to recall a couple flying dreams from when I was around 11-12. I can't wait until I can lucid dream and actually realize I'm flying in my dream!
