hi, i'm new here. i don't really know how to lucid dream but i'd like to learn. i bought a book. once i managed to have a cool dream but i wasn't conscious during. it was more like i created a nice environment. I'd really like to get control especially during nightmares.

maybe you guys will have some tips for me.
