      Vague Ideas

      Hello,

I just started this Lucid Dreaming thing out, I've actually had some success. Im able to remember most of my dreams, at least 2-3 a night.

      My problems are these:

When they say in the WILD and HILD techniques, "focus on the flashes of light" do they want me to look through my eyes and the back of my eyelids or in my mind?

Also, whenever i try the paralyzation technique, my heart races and i feel the heartbeats all over my body, would this effect my attempts or does this happen to everyone.

Finally, i sleep on my stomach, should i try to sleep face up or does that matter?

      Thanks in advanced,
      Eli

      Yo Spazzy!

Hmm, that's cool, have you managed to get Lucid Dreams through the DILD method? DILD method is were you naturally have it without doing much, stands for Dream Induced Lucid Dream.

I've only really had one that i remember well, one of my tells went off, jumping over a small fence, but as soon as i left the fence i said "hey im dreaming", and woke right up... a little frustrating

Ok, well, what techniques do you know about? Do you know about Dream Journals, Reality Checking, Dream Signs, Lucid Foods, and all that?

Certain foods and drinks have stuff in them that help you go have lucid dreams or vivid dreams. Chocolate and dairy products are my personal favourites.

Look at the Lucid Aids section in the forum for more information - Click
