Right, firstly, a good idea is to keep a Dream Journal, this is basically for sharing dreams and increasing the length of how much of our dreams we remember. Now for Reality Checking, do you know you're dreaming when you're dreaming? Do you ever ask yourself whether you're dreaming when you're in a dream? This is the time you do a Reality Check. An example would be to look at your hands, do you have more than eight fingers and two thumbs? Then you're either dreaming, or you were mutated by God in your sleep. Find out more, here - Click

Lastly, to boost you if you get desperate, there's foods and drinks you can have to make your dreams last longer, some work differently, some work the same, and it differs for everyone. Here you go - Click

So that's the basics of getting into the dreaming world. Or as I like to call it, "The Land of Nod", well it's what my dad says anyway, don't know about anyone else here. Hehe.

I guess the only thing I can tell you about controlling your dreams is to practice and experiment. Assuming your getting Lucid first. It's good to be familiar with the feel of your dreams And how things react to you thoughts and emotions.

A good idea, is to brows through the journals and get some ideas from what other people are doing.

Oneironaut's Matrix is a good one to check out. He's great with controlling dreams.

Thanks for welcoming me guys I really appreciated it And does anyone have any tips of making a Lucid dream appear anytime you want and have any tips to control the way you want it? I'd appreciated it if anyone helped me out I am really into this kind of stuff. I rarely get Lucid Dreams but I have normal everyday dreams now and I wanted them to become a lucid dream.

Unfortunatley, it's not that easy. Try reading Jdea's thread once more.

If you search around you will find many things. I know, it might take a little. But you will also learn many valuable things you may have not known.
