      I got some questions

Good Evening all. I just want my discuss my dream which i had. I tried talking with my mom about it but she didnt really understand what it meant. ok so here it is.

Well it all began with me acually thinking that i woke up. It felt like it was the real world and that i was in my bed. But all the sudden my bed started shaking and spiders came out from the walls. Everything turned black and I screamed inside my dream. Then i woke up, or so i thought. I wokeup again inside myy dream, so before anything could happen i acually was controlling my dream. But after i was losing control of my dream( it felt like it was over encumbering my whole body) i used any forcee i had in my body to scream in my dream. I screamed "WAKE UP" and i acually woke up right after i yelled. Thats basically my dream that i want to discuss. Can you guys tell me the meaning of this. And i really want to know if anyone acually told themselves to wake up in a dream.

I also have been getting a lot of Deja Vus latley. Usually some very little parts in mym day like eating with my family and such. Its really weird.

It looks like you had kinda a chain of False Awakenings? (Where you wake up but inside your dream) and had a nightmare in them
sometimes if you have one nightmare it can carry over to the next dream (happened to me when i had my last lucid nightmare) and the "feeling" of dark/eeriness carried over to the False Awakening i had right after it which made me lucid again
but i dunno if it symbolically means anything significant
have you been under a lot of stress/fear lately?

and as for the Deja Vu, i dont think anyone knows the causes or the reasons of it
my explanation is that your mind is constantly looking for things it recognizes (thats how when you see a phone, you know its a phone) and sometimes a certain action/event/picture can cause your mind to trigger kind of a false memory or recognition of an event

      Welcome to Dream Views Kowalski!

Like KidDreamer said, it sounds like you just had what we call a false awakening. It's nothing to worry about. It's good that you were able to get Lucid during it.

Sometimes people do wake themselves up from dreams that way. But I usually do everything I can to stay in them.

I hate the waking up part.

Hello and welcome to Dream Views.

False awakenings can be an annoyance but, if you have them often you should start doing a reality check every time you wake up. Look at the clock and look back (or use some other reality check). If the time switches to something strange, know you're dreaming and you can begin enjoying a lucid dream.
