A dreamy greeting

Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum and new to lucid dreaming. I do dream a lot. Almost every single night, but most of the time they are either horrible horrible nightmares that I've had since I was a little kid..The same ones in a random cycle over and over... ...Or if I get a breath of fresh air I'll have a really random and just over the top weird dream. I've never been much good at controlling anything in any of my dreams. Most of the time in my dreams I am pretty much hiding and just waiting for something bad to find me..And I am also almost always a little girl of age 7 in my dreams..I find that a little interesting. But that's a bit a vague history for you all and I hope to get to know all of you and thank you in advance for all the help I'm sure I will recieve from you all.
