MY TORNADO NIGHTMARES:
Since last year I liked tornadoes and I never had a problem with them, Then suddenly my Nightmares of Tornadoes began. I was at a grocery store with my mom and then I suddenly asked her if I can wait in the car because she usually lets me wait in the car when we go to come places. Then she said "ok I'll be back in a few minutes to get some grocery's or your dad will be worried" Then I said "fine" then I waited in the car and turned the radio to the rock station to listen to some rock and metal songs.

I was in the car alone then it suddenly getting darkish out side really fast. "I said what the heck is going on?" then more dark clouds started to appear. I didn't know what to do because I usually enjoy weather like this. Then suddenly it started to thunder and lightning, lightning bolts were flaring in the dark sky and the thunder was really loud. Then I just said "for get it" and started listening to my music because I knew it was going to pass threw then suddenly the sirens started going off. I said "Oh great what now?" then the winds started to pick up, They were blowing the trees so hard they could knock them down. Then I saw a funle cloud in the sky above some trees across the road and you could see it trying to touch down.

I said "Wtf!!!" "Excuse the language" because a tornado was trying to form by the super market. I got out of the car really fast and I was trying to get inside a safe building because thats usually the best place to go during a tornado. Then when I was running down to the building in the store people were scared and they were rushing down to get inside. Then I started to run in slow motion because you know in dreams and nightmares you go in slow motion mode if something bad comes your way.

The tornado finally touched land and started destroying everything and it was sucking up the trees and buildings in its vortex like every tornado will do.

Everyone was so scared they were pushing each other in the buildings to take shelter. In Slow Motion, I was running threw the heavy rain over to the little business building next to the store because the buildings were connected, then I finally made it inside.

I looked out the glass window and it was dark and raining and windy there were 4 other people in the building hiding from the tornado as well, We waited like 1-3 minutes in the building then suddenly the tornado disappeared when I was in the building, I had a feeling that the tornado was coming after me. We went out side and the dark clouds were gone and it stopped raining and it was sunny like it was in the summer.

I don't know why but every time when I have a nightmare theres a tornado involved with it. I had a few tornado nightmares in the past as well.

Does anyone know what I should do to make these tornado Nightmares stop? So far they haven't been coming in awhile but when I'm stressed the tornado Nightmares usually happen or it happens randomly.
