For years now ive found the need to have a quick "power" nap
(quick 10-20 minute nap) sometimes during the day.
though I have found that these naps come quite lucid, so much so that I can still hear/listen to stuff around me or even scratch my nose while the sleeping, dreaming and other odd stuff goes on and am fully able to think, analyze, articulate during this time.
I'm wondering if any of you are familiar with this and what it is that you would call this specific experience.
