I actually don't mean to OBE, when I have them. I used to have them bi-weekly from around 2004-2005, and they stopped around 2006, being few and far between. Ironically, that is when I met Juan, whom I spoke about above.
My sleep paralysis states have been getting very intense. It is very hard for me to tell when I am dreaming and when I am not; so you can tell that lucid dreaming would be good for me just from that--I can lucid dream, but usually when I do realize it is a dream and begin to become lucid, I open my eyes. Which wakes me up...it's a shame. I need better control and I hope to find that here.
Do you know of anyone who has SP in waves? I have 3-8 within 25-30 minutes of sleeping. That is, for 30 minutes, I am continuously being hit, wave by wave, by SP. It doesn't scare me and I think it's a good opportunity for this "WILD", don't you think? I will look it up when I have more time. Thank you, Robot Butler and Wave Function, for your information and your links!
I don't have much computer time this next week and a half, as we are going on an unexpected trip to WA; but I will be looking into these. Unlike most my family, I think dreams affect us more than most people let on.
Thanks again, it means so much to me. Take care and I'll see you on the forums, I hope?
