Ussually when I have my Lucid Dreams I lay in my bed, on my stomach, in complete silence/darkness in the room, and I just listen to my clocks (I have a hard time waking up so i litterally have 6 alarm clocks in my room). So I just lay there and listen to the ticking travel around the room endlessly. i close my eyes for a few minutes, then open them for a few seconds to see how tired i am, if i can still see perfectly and it wasnt a chore to open my eyes, i close my eyes for even longer before opening them again. Eventually it gets to the point where when I try to open my eyes, its really hard and i can feel them wanting to not focus and just roll back in to my head. ussually once that happens, the next time i try to open my eyes i'm dreaming, and thats when I have fun =]

Thanks, for the method or maybe... tutorial ?
Well anyway, I have read it carfully and I have comed to that I will try your method.

But i have a question for you. (All, be free to answare)
Is this a kind of Astral Projection technique?
Because, I've have been reading about Astral Projection.
And the technique match AP technique.
      So ?
