I-doser and Astral Project is. (Also called OBE)
Well if you don't know, you are free to come with suggestion to the question.

I have downloaded the Out of body and Astral doses.

I get to my question:
When I'm going to bed, could I hear at the dose and just stear at an object
in my viewpoint to i doze off?
Or would it be just waste if time?
Like i woulden't get to sleep?
Or i exert to much on the sound ?
