      Hello! New here :)

      Hello!

I'm new here and today(tonight?...) i'll be starting to train myself to lucid dream.

So first of all i would like to ask the one who created this site(Modarator of admin? I'm not sure...) about something interesting:
I have had 2 interesting dreams i still remember from some time ago - 1st one was when i was a fan of Jedi(you know... those who use The Force to do cool stuff XD) so i was in this city that seemed to be floating in clouds(but not like the one from SW but i do still remember some aspects of that city...), i dont remember how or when i realized i could do those things but i know that i was able to do things that Jedi can do so i got pritty excited and went all out(dont worry the city was just fine XD), soon after i woke up cuz of my alarm clock... bummer...

Ok so naw the weirdest thing is about this 2nd dream i saw it some time later(not sure how much later) - i was in the EXACT same city(i even remember the fruit stand in one corner of the city ^^) but this time there were no people in it(the 1st dream's city was crowded with people... still did'nt bother me cuz did'nt use the streets to get around XD rooftops, high jumps, etc.) but i still had those powers of a Jedi...

But weird is that i could cotrole my movements in my dream so much without even realizeing i was dreaming or maybe i kinda knew i was dreaming but did'nt take it for anything special... confusing...

Well that was before i knew what Lucid Dreaming is so i just took it as a nice dream but naw i think it was something like lucid dreaming or maybe it was just a dream? i'm not sure...

Well anyway - thanks for reading and i'm off to dream since i've got a long way to go ^^
(by the way if your wondering "so to what question i'm supposed to answer" then it's "Were those lucid dreams or just plain dreams?")

Did you know that it was a dream? I mean, did you really think it was? Because if not, then you weren't lucid. Some members here have had non-lucids, but with excellent control.

      And to DreamVeiws!!!

(I didn't make the site, but I thought I could help you out. )

Thanks for the answer it's good that you answered - i wasnt sure how to ask the question...

Well I know that i didn't completly accept it as a reality, but i didn't actuelly think that it's a dream... well i guess that wasnt a real lucid dream then...

Still the first night was pritty interesting - i remembered 2 dreams i had tonight and for me thats pritty interesting cuz i'm not the one to have(or should i say remember..) dreams and i don't remember the last time when i had 2 dreams. So i guess i'm off to a nice start

P.S. I wanted to ask what is WILD, MILD, DILD, DEILD, etc.?

      Welcome to Dream Views, Marts

Dream Control and Lucidity often go hand in hand, but they don't always have to. You can have a vivid dream where you are totally in control, but still not be lucid. I often explain away this control with something like "I must be dead, and this is the spirit world," or "I never knew I was a Jedi," or "Man, teleporting is so easy, how come I've never done this before?" I've even said to myself, "Hey, flying feels just like it does in my lucid dreams. I can't wait to tell everyone on Dream Views that you can fly in real life exactly like in your dreams "

I've found that the more I lucid dream, the more I start to accept this level of control as normal. I just expect it. I now have tons of non lucid dreams where I have god-like-lucid powers, but still don't know its a dream. Does that make sense?

Well, when you put it like that, then it sounds like a semi-lucid...
