Greetings!!
Hey everyone, I'm 17 years old and live in California. I'm incredibly fortunate to have found this site. I've been lurking for a while and have yet to have a lucid, but I'm confident that if I stick with it, someday it'll happen. Anyway, just wanted to introduce myself.

Howdey GTA lurker!
I'm 20 and I live in Minnesota. I had done research for 3-4 months before I started trying anything and found to really enjoy the WILD technique. About two and a half weeks of trying to WILD I produced my first three LD's. Now even though I had VERY short and unstable dreams, they were absolutely increddible!
It's been about 8 months since the last time I was lucid, but I started keeping a dream journal on my computer, and I think that should help.
When you are ready for the experience it will come. I know I was ready for the experience, but I wasn't ready for how bright, or how loud things could be! just try not to let that get to you when you break through.

I strongly agree with the believe it and it will happen concept. You'll do great!
