I've compiled a few sleep tips & such, and was wondering if these are good daily routines before bedtime.
1. Turn the lights off at 9 ish
2. Stay on the computer from 9-10
3. Take a shower, with lights dimmed
4. Get in pajamas
5. Watch TV until feeling tired (usually at 11, after George Lopez xD)
6. Go to bed
7. Relax body
8. Concentrate on keeping eyes closed
9. Good thinking time for me, I think until my thoughts are all woozy, which is when I fall asleep.
Do you guys suggest anything else that will help?
