      Using autosuggestion to WBTB?

      Hi everyone - so I'm newbie here
      My question is: is it possible to wake up for a WBTB using autosuggestion? I share my room with other people, and I don't think they would be appreciative of an alarm clock going off at five in the morning.

      Any thoughts?

      I think so... I woke up around 5 this morning by telling myself that I would and feeling confident that I would. Then again, I've been able to do that almost any time I've wanted in my life.

      I think it'd be safe to give it a try, I think you should.

      yes, i have done this once (i only tried once too). If you know how to properly use autosuggestion then Yes.

      The thing is, apparently inbetween dreams everynight....we wake briefly and keep our eyes shut. Of course, we are so tired we dont remember. So try an autosuggestion like;

      "I will be aware when I wake in the night" or something similar. "I will know when I awake" Maybe just an idea, it was somethig like that that worked for me.
