Anyway, I once heard that the only way a person remembers their dreams is when they are woken up during the middle of it. Then I was researching some methods for dream recall, and I read that you have to repeatly wake up in the middle of the night, during REM sleep. I'd rather not wake up 5 or 6 times at nighttime.
Yeah, I've been wondering about this too. I thought that could really mess with my schedule to do that every night. I know that if you wake up around the same times every night it gets programmed into your brain so even if you don't set an alarm you would probably wake up anyway, which could get annoying. Then again, maybe if you get good enough at dream recall in the with that technique, you might not even have to wake up to remember your dreams because you've trained yourself to make a mental note of them. I don't know really, I haven't tried it yet.
