I now have great dream memory, and also can relize im sleeping by doin reality checks.. but for some reason i do a check, then i go back to my normal thing( my dream) i guess i 4get that im dreaming. Anyone know any methods to further carry on the lucid dream, so its not just for a few seconds? thx |

keep saying "This is a dream!" over and over. I have had this trouble before as well. also A fun thing to try, is to shout "this is a dream" at the top of your lungs. It keeps you Lucid, and the energy of your excited shouting, can cause some fascinating effects on the environment too. |

There no need to stop at only one Reality Check. Keep doing them periodically. |
