      What to do

      I now have great dream memory, and also can relize im sleeping by doin reality checks.. but for some reason i do a check, then i go back to my normal thing( my dream) i guess i 4get that im dreaming. Anyone know any methods to further carry on the lucid dream, so its not just for a few seconds? thx

      You'll find that a lot of people that are really good at this also practice meditation. It's not a coincidence. It really requires a lot of focus and concentration to really get this down.

      keep saying "This is a dream!" over and over. I have had this trouble before as well. also A fun thing to try, is to shout "this is a dream" at the top of your lungs. It keeps you Lucid, and the energy of your excited shouting, can cause some fascinating effects on the environment too.

      After a while you will be able to stay Lucid easier, and not need to keep reminding yourself that your dreaming.

      There no need to stop at only one Reality Check. Keep doing them periodically.
      Focus on your surroundings without getting caught up in whats happening in the dream too.
