ok... i found out all about lucid dreams before yesterday... but before that i remeber having one LD about a month ago... it wasnt a strong one.. i was at my house.. and i was aware that it was a dream... but i was trying to wake myself up... (that's it) and so 2 days ago.. i found out all about them while surfing the web... so i decided to try it myself for the first time... close to the end of the night... i was in a dream.. and somehow i became lucid and realized.. i dont really know how... but then i kind of controlled it to fade into a false awakening... and i was still lucid... i got out of bed... but it felt like i was leaving my body... i touched my computer chair.. and i became nervous... i leaned over my bed.. and then i woke up... i felt paralyzed for a few seconds after... which made me happy... it felt really cool. From that night i actually remebered 3 dreams. I dont have a dream journal yet because i need to get a book big enough.. ok so and i tryed again this night... but all i remeber was waking up about 4-5 times at night... i dont remeber any dreams... my dream recall isnt that good yet... |

Starry starry night, paint your pallet blue and gray,
Look out on a summers day,
with eyes that know the darkness of my soul.
Lucid dreaming is an amazing occurrence and there are many tutorials on this site to help you along. There are a lot of tips and tricks that will help you with dream recall, I never used to remember very many dreams but I can usually remember 1 if not 3 dreams a night now. |

I learned about lucid dreams a good while ago, like last year. I have trouble getting them though. I get one every 3 months maybe, and for a couple days after that, I get excited about LD'ing again, but it doesn't happen, and then I just gradually forget about it until the next one. |
