      Hi Everyone

      New here..just thought id say heey
      I just recently found out about lucid dreaming..it seems really amazing and I didnt even know anything like this was possible..
      Look forward to hopefully getting lucid soon

      Thanks everyone!
      So far ive had about 3 seconds of lucidity, that I can remember, but its a start
      My dream recall seems to be naturally above average though, which is good.
      I seem to also be naturally able to come very close to slipping straight into a dream from being awake too. With some practise I hope I can hone these skills.
      I just need to learn to concentrate on not concentrating, and letting my mind go, but also keeping a loose grip on my conciousness
      Might get my hands on some B6 also..sounds like it really helps.

      B6 does help, but your mind is the key. Nice to hear that you've already had some lucidity, early lucid dreams rarely last very long, but they get better quickly.
