ok 1) the most succesful time will be AFTER you've already slept. i.e maybe 5-6 hours is the standard 2) remove distractions....i.e turn off the television. you will have better chance of falling asleep, not staying awake> 3) look in Tutorial section...and the 'attaining lucidity' sections for WILD guides. 4) Not everyone experiences massive or any noticable sensations when WILDing (i may add, these are things i've learned. Im not yet a WILDer, but im working hard to get there)
