      I'm a little paranoid about lucidity..

      My only worry is that I'll mistaken the real world for a dream and decide that since it's only a dream that I'd like to tackle the teacher down to the floor and sharpie a mustache and unibrow on them XD. Anyone ever get worried about that?

      I don't think there's any risk of that happening. Lucids can feel so real, you may be fooled into thinking they are real life. I've never heard of anyone getting fooled the other way around. You can always do a few Reality Checks to confirm you're really awake.

      Or you could just break out the sharpie, and not worry about it. It would make a funnier story in the long run.

      There was a thread thread a while back with someone claiming LD's destroyed his life, and he started doing dream stuff while awake. I got the feeling he was a bit of a loony though, so you should be fine.

      I agree, that'd be pretty funny. I actually did manage to confuse real life with a lucid dream once, but a couple reality checks stopped me from doing anything stupid. Don't worry, you should be safe.

      If you have no prior history of sleep walking then I think its really unlikely for you to act out a lucid.
