Question What to do after sleep paralysis

Hi. I tried to WILD the other night out of curiousity. After laying still for a while, I felt that wave of heaviness that has been described by others overcome my body, but I wasn't sure if I was really paralyzed. Nonetheless, I remained still and kept my mind awake. I didn't know what to do except stay mentally awake. Most of the time it felt as if I was spinning quite quickly in circles.

How am I supposed to induce dreams from this point on? Am I doing something incorrectly? Why the spinning? ..

      Thanks!

Waves of heaviness and spinning is normal to feel when SP sets in. Most people also feel (heavy) vibrations. If you're not sure if you're fully paralysed or not, try moving a finger or toe. If you can't, you are in full SP.

When you're in full SP, relax your mind as good as you can. Let go of emotions, as they can intervene and make you snap out of it, especially if you start to feel excited. Some people will now visualise what they want to dream.

Good luck with your WILDing! Feel free to ask if you have more questions.

Thank you. And should I keep my eyes closed all the while?
