      Hello

      Hello all.

Been visiting this place for a year or so but never posted.

I'm in my early 30's and have experienced lucid dreams so I know they are possible. Would love to master wild but always fall to sleep. Haven't had much lucidity other than the occasional whisper 2 or 3 times a year. Had a few good ones years ago including flying which was the best.

I'm quite a creative person. Musician and I yearn to use my dreams for creating. I have seen their potential.

Not into dream diaries. Did when I was a teenager but not practical when you share a bed

Anyway, what I would like more info on is the hypnotic imagery. I can get this most nights. Nobody mentions sound but I hear lots of random sounds, voices etc as well as images. I love that. If I don't fall to sleep I ruin it with an itch.
I'm a terrible itcher and this is often a problem with any relaxation I try.

Well, that's me. Thanks for listening. Any tips appreciated.

Lol, itching is extremely normal when trying to get to sleep or if you relaxing intensely, basically the body just uses itchiness as a vague guide on whether your asleep or not, and if you are asleep your body will enter SP..

Basically ignoring the itch is a vague way to start WILDing as your body will register you as asleep..

ANYWHO I would recommend you keep a dream journal of some sort, it doesn't need to be a pad you can just keep it on a pc, but it would be best to write down some words as soon as you wake up from a dream if you don't plan on getting up completely to write in your pc-based dream journal..even if you do have good recall it can be quite interesting and useful to read through your old dreams..

And if your wife is creative or is supportive of you being creative I'm sure she won't mind if you sit up every now and then in the night to write something down

Well good luck with future ventures through your dream world and I hope you can get some great inspiration!
