      Trouble Focusing

      Ok, I'll make this short and sweet, but essentially here is my problem.


      I can't seem to get this girl out of my mind, she sits on my mind throughout the day and pops up in my dreams.

      The weird things is that I'm not even sure if I like her yet, I actually thought she was kind of annoying when I talked to her the other day, but after that is when the dreams and the crazy thoughts started to pop up.

      Before this I had little trouble with getting to SP, but now when I WILD or WBTB my thoughts drift on about her and I just fall asleep, and I can't seem to clear my mind or just focus it on dreaming.

      Any suggestions?

      Seriously, I've met people like that before. I may not even like them that much, but they just stick in my mind like crazy. If you can't do anything to get her out of your head, maybe you can use her as a focus for meditation. Focus on her, instead of trying to distract yourself from her. Is it a bad thing that she's in your dream?

      That is a good idea from Robot_Butler. Many people are able to direct what their dream will be about by imagining the dream as they try to WILD or DEILD. If you don't mind having her in your head you can build a dream scenario with her in it.
