Thread: Biggest Newb in the world (>_<)

Hello, I'm a newb.
My two aunts, grandma, and two uncles are all majorly psychic. They can do things unimaginable! It's fairly cool, but I also want to know how to do some of those things.
One aunt told me how to meditate, and the second time i tried it worked. I was really proud of myself! I thanked god every night for the amazing experience for about two weeks, and now every night I ask him to help me understand all of these confusing things.
They've told me stories of things they've done before, just to test things out. Like my uncles walked into a convention room before, totally silent, and somehow made them all look their way. I usually smile when they tell me experiences like this.
Because this message board is about dreams, i'll only ask about dreams. I've already experienced a lucid dream twice now, but they were very weak and easy to forget.
I've had one dream that would be considered precog, but it was only telling me of two facts that i hadn't known. Last night i might've had a postcog dream, but who knows until it happens?
I see my totem, the crow, sometimes before I wake. I read online that it's supposed to mean that there's going to be a big change, so maybe I'll be lucky. I think i've already experienced post and precognitive dreams, and these were one of the things the crow brings.
My aunts said that they started doing the energy things about my age, but my one uncle, the empath, says that he's experienced these things for as long as he can remember. So maybe I'll be lucky and find my gifts soon.
But what I'd like to ask is: what is AP and LP? I've been reading around the forum and don't quit unerstand. And is AP, from what I know, safe for someone young? And what are some other dream things i should know about? If you are willing to reply with an answer, I will be willing to google any info that you give me.
