Should I count this as a LD??

Ok well since I'm new, I want to tally all the LD's I've had, so far I've had one, and I'm not sure if this would count as a second LD. (btw, i haven't practised much yet, was waiting for school to end, so i still dont have a journal)

ok so the dream, I was randomly at a playground :S, and i went on a swing, which started flying around the park, and I jumped off, and i randomly started circulating the park without control, but even though i wasn't lucid yet, I remember how it felt, and it felt cool. When i stopped moving i saw a red witch in the sky with a red broomstick :S.. so i realized it was a dream, so i was lucid for like a second, and then i woke up... i didnt even get a chance to rub my hands, and i couldn't spin cuz i was on the ground... but it happened so quickly.... is there anything i could do to make it not fade/ wake me up so quickly????

once you become lucid there are things you can do to ground yourself within the dream. Most common are, like you mentioned, rubbing your hands together and spinning, but I find that stopping for a moment to really take in the scene around me and even talking to myself helps the most. Some also say that looking at their hands helps, because your hands usually look strange in dreams.

Sounds to me like your first lucid dream. You new you were dreaming, then awoke. I think its common for that to happen the first couple times you become lucid.
