Thread: Good confusion? please help.X

i have been trying to attain lucidty for a few weeks now. i have got myself a dream joural which is becoming very juicy indeed and i think i may have witnessed a few seconds of remote lucidness.
My problem is this: i got to bed rather late because of sleeping problems say 1am'ish, i then awake 4-5hours later weather it be by alarm or awaking myself. At this is point i try to record any dreams get a drink then jump back in to bed and have a we browse over me dream journal and tecniques in which i have printed out. i then close my eyes with arms at myside and relax focusing on my breathing i then "think" i may have witnessed some hypologic imaging, i see colours streaks and white flashes, after this i remeber myself been in some kind of box?? but the box kind of disaperaed and i was thinking the box was still there but it wasnt and i was on a beach. i dunno if i "wilded" or i may of dreamt of doing the wild procedure? thus making it fake? i think. "2ND TIME" i awoke again about 4-5 hours in to sleep but stayed in bed and tried the "wild" technique staright away(cos am lazy) the next thing i remeber was kind of jumping really high over fences and house(but struggling to do this) what i am conused by is the fact that i dont know if these are dreams or if i am just thinking about them as i go to sleep and confusing with dreams, they were not vivid and very hard to controll.
am i lucid dreaming or just thinking i am but really just thinking? I CONFUSE MYSELF!!!
