Thread: Waking up

whats up yall!
well a few days ago i read this site and i was captivated by it, i mean it just sounds awesome! so anyway, last night i was totally motivated to have a lucid dream, so i just went to sleep like i always did and next thing i knew i was dreaming (i'm not sure what about...) but immediately i shouted "I'm dreaming!!!" and just as i did i was... sort of thown out of my dream and into my bedroom... i was kinda pissed of but i went back to sleep and had the same (i think) dream and again when i yelled i'm dreaming, it was like being thrown out of my dream again... whats going on here?

You are getting too excited. When you realize you are dreaming try to stabilize yourself. Look around at your surroundings to make the dream more stable.

what kind of excited is bad? i mean i wasnt like jumping off the walls crazy about it it was more like an eyes-widen-step-back "awesome" type feeling.. but if i recall, there were no surroundings, it was instant smack in the face kind of thing

Were you just floating in complete darkness then?
