      Hi! New too :)

I refound this website through StumbleUpon. Refound because I had already been on when I was surfing for Astral Projection stuff.

I've been interested in lucid dreaming since I was a teenager. I've had quite a few spontaneous ones but my lucidity was pretty low. The one thing I've noticed is that I can control what happens almost once per dream (even the regular ones) but I don't actually realize I'm dreaming. It seems completely normal and logical to me that I can rewind and replay differently what just happened. Sometimes I realize I'm dreaming but in an off-hand sort of way. I want to make it more defined.

My little sister is one of those people who can simply decide what she wants to dream and have completely lucid and controled dreams. It's infuriating She was so surprised when she realized not everyone could do this hahah.

      So, pleased to meet you

      Welcome.

Its good to have a friend or sibling to talk to about lucid dreaming. Although, if she's that good at it without trying, I can understand getting frustrated when talking to her about it. She probly won't provide much help if she's always been able to do it.

      Welcome to DV, Hullaballoo

I've found that the more I lucid dream, the more I assume that I can control my dreams. Even in non-lucid dreams, I do rediculous dream control feats, and don't think to question it. It is fun to see how I sometimes come up with excuses for the control. Dream control and lucidity are definitely not always related.

I would be pretty jealous of your sister too. You're lucky that you have someone close to share your dreaming with.
