      Starting to remember....

      Hi,
I have to say that I'm really amazed. I've tried to used the self-hypnotic suggestion method before with little to no success, to the point where this time I didn't bother getting a pad and pen next to the bed.
But I'm waking up at least once during the night and at least remember that I did dream in the am, which is so so huge for me. I can only recall remembering about 12-15 dreams in my entire life, so I'm all excited about this.
      Now the real work starts

To recall dreams better it helps if you lay perfectly still in your bed after you wake up with your eyes closed. Your mind thinks that you want to go back to sleep and turns the dream centre back on, which includes your dream memory.

Hi, I remember reading or hearing a long time ago that if when you first awake, you remember the position you were in. Then if you assume the same position when you go back to bed you should not only go back to sleep easily but could go back into the same dream...
      Anyone ever hear of this?
