      Sleep Paralysis

So lately I had what I think is sleep paralysis. I was just lying there and suddenly my entire body was totally put under a huge amount of pressure. My teeth clenched and I could taste blood-- but none of this actually happened, since my teeth don't hurt in the least now.

What I want to know is how do I get it to happen again? Sometimes it just happens. This time my heart was beating really fast.

And how can I do anything from sleep paralysis? I can sometimes see little amoeba-like green things and I can feel like my torso is lifting up, but that's it. The sleep paralysis goes away from there.

From what I know. What you describe seems to be only the onset of sleep paralysis. The transition state. Actually. It will develop further, believe me. Just dont have many expectations about it, and it will get better .

Sometimes it is better just not to concentrate on your body while it is happening. Some people experience nothing when it happens. Its probably becouse they are concentrated on something else {imagery, counting....}.

      Nice practice

If you want it to happen again, check out some of the WILD guides in the Tutorials Section. Like adraw said, if you stay focused on your body while you WILD, you will probably end up in SP of some kind.

I only experience sleep paralysis when waking up. It scares me actually to not be able to move or speak and be totally aware of it. I am glad it doesn't always happen and I never hallucinate.
