Thread: Hello Everyone!

I'm new to this forum and thought I should probably introduce myself. I live in Texas and I'm 14 years old. I'm not completely new to Lucid Dreaming. I tried getting into it about a year ago but lost my motivation and gave up after a month or so. So I decided to give it another try.

So I guess my first step is to start a dream Journal and try to remember my dreams.

Any other tips to get me started back up would be greatly appreciated.

Yep, dream journal is the first step. After a few days read through it and look for recurring things, these are dream signs and you can use them to get lucid

I turn 15 in 9 days, on July 15. I figured since I was almost 15 then I would go ahead and make an account.
If you don't want me on then I won't get on for nine days then.
