      Hey there. (:

I feel like I have been having a hard time dreaming lately. This morning i had woken up, and knew I didn't have a dream. I spent an hour on the net (it was about 7AM) and I got tired again, so I went back to sleep. When I went back to sleep, I had the most vivid dream that I still remember. And I don't normally dream. So that's why I came here. I want to get more dreams, because hell, it was the most amazing dream ever. I had such a great sleep, that it completely rejuvinated me. Does anyone know how I could possibly get more dreams? And hi, I'm Daniel. ^^

You dream every night, regardless if you remember them or not.

Mainly it sounds you are having problems with dream re-call.

Right when you wake up, immediately write down what you remember in a notebook by your bed-side, or at your computer, a voice-recorder, or really whatever you want. The important thing is to record your dreams.

It's OK if you can't remember anything. Just writing down a feeling you felt during the dream, or a very slim snatch of memory, if that's all that you can re-call. All of this will help. If you do this every morning, your recall will steadily improve, until you'll be able to remember several dreams a night. From there it is much easier to induce lucid dreams and actually be able to remember them.

      welcome to Dream Views btw.

Thanks. I'll remember what you told me.
(: And I started a Dream Journal on the site, so hopefully that'll help.
