Thread: Wooo. Go First lucid! kinda.

right so i been trying to get lucid in my dreams for about a month now i been doing reality checks in the day, trying to be more aware of my surroundings and doing the techniques i found on here but nothing. The other day i decided to get some sleepez sleeping tablets because i read that they put u in a deeper sleep which gives longer or stonger? REM periods. the 3-4 hours before going to bed i started to get myself in the mood, by thinking of all the cool things i could try, reading me dream journal(which after a month of entries is a good 25 A4 pages long) then at bed time i decided to listen to the "ultimate lucid mp3" from member named "really" and layed on the floor (i heard it helps) and just got in the zone and tried to drift of slightly, i then got in to bed in dark and silence and drifted of i dont know what part of the night i had it but in the morning i could remeber a few dreams and a few seconds from a particular one, my LD: I was walking home from my mates house, as i do every night, got to my back door and turned around for some reason, in the distance i could see a house which isnt there in reality and on the house was loaoooads of lil bugss, which i deduced to be aliens(i dream about aliens alot, their always invading, or atleast i think they are) i then think to myself hang on aliens invading planet earth!! either its a very sad day or . . . . . . . . . i must be dreaming!!! straight away instead of trying to fly which was my plan i thought to myself "hang on if this isnt a lucid dream and aliens are really attacking and im trying to fly, turn myself in to a goldfish or have sex then im gunna get killed, better not i thought" on awaking i was like nooooooooo idiot!! but good news i have lucid dreamed, i had 1 more years ago before i was attempting to do this and it was in the exact same place, at my back door. im thinking my dream sign is a door. lol. imagaine if my DG was a door. funstuff. not.
