So I've been learning how to LD for the past few months, and well, recently I've gotten more into it because school is out and I'm not as stressed! I just started having LD's again last week..needed a few weeks to get it in my head again - I've had four since Sunday..I'm excited. I solved my first "conflict" the other day as well, so I'm gaining the LD skills. Anyways, just introducing myself.

Also, I've been having issues with the 61-Point Relaxation exercise. I find it hard to get the feeling of weight and warmth on the points, and its pretty hard to keep the mind from wandering. Any tips would be nice, but I figure it just needs more practice.
